Global Positioning System (GPS) devices should not be used for habitually truant students. For example, requiring students to wear GPS devices say, that it adds to the workload of already overbusy school counselors who have to administer the program.”In addition, The conduct of using the GPS could have issues such as students throwing it in a bush near the school and then ditching. Also, smaking students wear GPS devices could make them feel out of their element because people are treating them like criminals. In conclusion, Students should not be required to wear a GPS even thought they are habitually truant.
